The Brief
The Solution
We provided a user interface that was what we call a cross between corporate and modern styles. We made two versions for the dashboard one being desktop-focused and one being mobile-focused so it would be easy for consumers to use when onboarding themselves. We took the original COD interface and began merging screens and removing other screens that would cause too much friction for users when using the web service or application.
After signing off we went further and prototyped the whole solution to be used as a sales tool that can be showcased to potential stakeholders before developers went ahead and created the actual system.
